Shipping & Delivery

At VÉLDE we aim to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible, with the quality you expect from us.

Order processing

After placing your order, it will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a track & trace code, so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery times

The average delivery time is 2–9 business days, depending on the product and your shipping destination within the EU.
In most cases you will receive your order within 7 business days.

Shipping costs

We keep our pricing transparent:

• Free shipping on all orders over €100 (unless stated otherwise at checkout).

Any applicable shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your order.

Delays

In rare cases your delivery may take a little longer, for example due to public holidays, customs checks or high volumes at the courier.
We kindly ask for your understanding — we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
