Shipping

Every VÉLDE order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders to Canada typically arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Most reach you sooner; a small number take a little longer during peak periods. We ship on business days and send tracking the moment your parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over CA$150. Below that, a flat rate of CA$9.95 applies at checkout.

We currently ship across Canada. If your address does not calculate a rate at checkout, contact us and we will help.

Returns

If something is not right, we make it right.

Our policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, we cover it in full, including return shipping. Send us a photo and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Email us at admin@veldeofficial.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with the next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks usually process this within a few business days.
