Returns Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period to decide whether you want to keep the product.
Within this period you may return your order without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Items that show signs of wear, damage or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
Trying on an item at home is fine, but it must be returned in perfect, resellable condition.
3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless we made a mistake (see point 6).

We will refund the purchase amount once the product has been received and inspected by our warehouse or supplier.
If you order multiple sizes of the same item just to try on, we are happy to accept the return within 14 days, but return shipping remains at your expense.
4. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons (for example, worn accessories or underwear).

Personalised or custom‑made products.

Items that have been specially ordered for you from our supplier and are marked as non‑returnable on the product page.
5. Refund process
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the same payment method you used at checkout.
In some cases it may take a little longer for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or incorrect products
Is your order damaged, faulty or did you receive the wrong item or size due to our mistake?

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If we are at fault, we will:

Cover all return shipping costs, and

Offer a replacement or a full refund of the product price (and any original shipping costs, where required by law).
7. Shipping & delivery
Our products are shipped with an estimated delivery time of 2–9 business days within the EU (in most cases within 7 business days).
Because we work with international suppliers, the return process also runs through this route. We will guide you step by step when you register a return.
