Shipping

Every VÉLDE order is shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time — Estimated delivery within Canada is 7–14 business days after processing.
Shipping cost — Free shipping on all Canadian orders over CA$60. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Tracking — Once your order ships, you receive a tracking link to follow your parcel door to door.
Delays — Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once the parcel has left our facility.
